Married and Widowed, Vietnam Veteran member of the U.S. Intelligence community. Member of the intelligence delegation sent by President Nixon to South America. We met in Santiago Chile in 1984.

A native son of. Arkansas, he grew up in Van Buren, Conway, & Faulkner Counties and has retired to Greenbrier, Arkansas.
